- Assist the project manager in organizing meetings (internal, partners, funders) and drafting minutes
- Update project dashboards, monitor deliverables and milestones
- Contribute to the drafting of progress reports and technical deliverables
- Participate in the organization of test and trial phases
- Help collect and consolidate expense vouchers

Intelligence and innovation

- Carry out occasional documentary research on technical or strategic subjects
- Contribute to project enhancement (communication, summaries, presentations, etc.).

Your assets

We are looking for a work-study student currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 course, preparing for one of the following diplomas:

Master in Project Management (University, IAE)
Master Innovation Management
Master in Innovation and Technology Management
Engineering or business school specializing in project management or technological innovation
Master in Strategic Management or Innovative Project Management
MSc Project Management
Master's degree in Engineering Science and Technology with a major in innovation or industrial project management

Skills required :

Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), project management skills (Gantt, Trello or MS Project would be a plus).
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Analytical skills, rigor and autonomy.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Knowledge of or a strong interest in innovation, project management and R&D

Knowledge of private security (surveillance systems, safety, robotics, etc.) would be an asset.
