Job offer PROJECT MANAGER M/F F/H CDD Ile-de-France

For an assignment with our international client in the banking sector, we are recruiting a Facility Management Project Manager (M/F) Bilingual English.

Fixed-term contract until December 2025
Position based on site in Paris 8th
Position not eligible for teleworking
Scope workplace + coordination with the "shell" works project team
Travel once a month to Monaco and more than once a month at the end of renovation works / delivery of the site
Executive status
Gross salary: €4000/month over 13 months

As part of a strategic project to relocate the customer's main site in the same arrondissement (Paris 8eme) and renovate a 2nd existing site (Monaco), you will be responsible for the transformation and monitoring of the overall Facility Management project, including the Workplace section, and for coordinating with the structural works project team in collaboration with the overall manager.

Your main tasks are :

Define and implement the project in collaboration with the overall manager.
Engage stakeholders to meet business needs.
Manage the delivery of day-to-day activities and ensure overall project reporting.
Monitor project plans, budgets and schedules.
Maintain all documentation and coordinate its collection.
Plan and participate in meetings, manage minutes and track actions.
Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
Ensure project deadlines are met and manage risks.

Your performance indicators to ensure the success of your mission are :

Project delivery on time, to customer requirements, cost and quality.
Proactive management of risks and issues.
Effective teamwork and engagement with stakeholders.
Coordination with structural works project team.

Your assets

- With at least 5 years' experience in business strategy project management and operational lean management, ideally in the B2B Service sector
- You have in-depth knowledge of contract/service mobilization and service delivery in Facility Management operations.
- You are able to think strategically and understand the overall impact of the program.
- You have the required skills in consultation, presentation, documentation, change management and stakeholder management.
- Bilingual in English, you are able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing with Corporate customer services.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent customer awareness, and the ability to listen and react quickly.
- Rigorous and organized, you are able to work independently and make proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
