As a Methods Project Manager, your main tasks will be :
o Lead the search for optimization with field teams,
o Manage the implementation of customer-initiated projects/changes,
o Lead digital lean management projects within its scope,
o Draw up a production system action plan,
o Write and update operating procedures and work instructions,
PERFORMANCE
o Set up monitoring and control tools (dashboards, graphs, KPIs, etc.)
o Analyze KPIs (using 5P causal analysis tools, QQOCP, ISHIKAWA)
o Monitor the implementation of the action plan and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
o Carry out site Production System reporting
o Programming: VBA
o Power BI
o Modeling
o Lean Management (VSM, KAIZEN, etc.)
MONITORING AND EXPERTISE
o Develop and drive proposals for continuous improvement
o Maintain an active watch on best logistics practices
Travel to our various sites and staggered working hours are to be expected.
You have a 5-year degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
You have experience in the field, particularly as a forklift operator or materials handler.
You are familiar with customer logistics flows and processes.
You've already worked with Geode, Power BI and Excel to create macros, and know how to perform DMAIC analysis, production and unit time calculations.
Lastly, you will have some initial experience in an in situ environment involving customer relationship management.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your autonomy and your ability to make proposals.
