As an Operational Performance Project Manager, you will work for one of our sites in collaboration with the site manager and his operational teams.
Your missions will focus on 2 main areas:
METHODS AND PROCESS MANAGEMENT :
o Global supply chain design for your site locations (flow analysis, implementation, organization)
o Preliminary studies for new sites
o Management of continuous improvement projects within your scope (5S)
o Management of logistics methods projects in compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines and Personnel objectives
o Determination of processes, identification, costing and implementation of operational improvements for your site
o Leading the search for optimization with operational staff
o Participate in the development and implementation of the production system's operational action plan.
o Drafting and updating operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with the QSE manager
o Compliance with the Integrated Management System and communication of any necessary changes
o Participation in various meetings with the customer, the agency and the Head Office Operational Excellence Department.
o Participation in the implementation of "complex" projects or changes initiated by the customer, in collaboration with the Head Office Operational Excellence Department.
o Participation in the implementation of digital projects to improve service performance, in collaboration with the IT department.
PERFORMANCE:
In collaboration with operational teams:
o Ensures the implementation of monitoring and steering tools for your site (dashboards, graphs, KPIs, etc.).
o Analysis of KPI evolution and performance (using 5P causal analysis tools, QQOCP, ISHIKAWA)
You have a 5-year degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, production management or operations management.
A specialization in operational excellence or project management is a plus.
You have experience in methods management, continuous improvement or logistics, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment.
You have an appetite for project management and leading cross-functional workgroups.
You are familiar with continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis, and problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa.
You have a good sense of analysis and the ability to summarize. You have the ability to manage projects and unite teams.
You have good interpersonal skills for interacting with operational teams and customers.
