Job offer Technical IS project manager F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at the Marseille head office (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Technical IS Director, you will actively contribute to the implementation of technical projects concerning the Group's information systems.

As part of the project to migrate the ERP finance system to Oracle Fusion Cloud, you will be responsible (in close collaboration with the Project Director) for implementing the technical foundation on which the various ERP components will operate. At the same time, you will manage a portfolio of projects to be implemented (mostly IT infrastructure projects).

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

Implement the technical aspects of the project plan
Coordinate activities with all project stakeholders (project manager, design teams, architects, integrators and publisher)
Direct management of actions involving technical teams (integration, infrastructure, cloud, networks, operations, user support, ISS, etc.).
Contribute to the implementation of the new treatment plan and operating procedures, in liaison with the design and operations teams.
Guaranteeing the conformity of projects, compliance with schedules and costs, and proposing possible optimizations
Project reporting based on measurable KPIs
Participate in project risk management and propose factual decision-making elements
Contribute to project governance and set up additional bodies as required (operational committees, steering committees, etc.).
Participate actively in the financial monitoring of the project

Your assets

With a higher education (engineering school, Master's degree in IT, etc.), you have at least 10 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in complex environments (large groups, multi-sites, multi-activities, etc.).

Your affinity for technical subjects has led you to understand the technologies, architectures and hybrid solutions (Onpremise, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) to be implemented in the face of business challenges and cyber risks.

As an experienced project manager, you have a perfect command of project management disciplines, from scoping to closing. In particular, you will be able to demonstrate the agility needed to manage teams in a matrix organization, and are capable of steering several projects in parallel.

Certification in project management (V Cycle and/or Agile) and knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud solutions would be appreciated.

You demonstrate strong teamwork skills, and are able to propose solutions and convince stakeholders to make the right decisions.

In addition, you are recognized for your communication skills, ease of interpersonal relations, adaptability, rigor and leadership.
