Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage projects and their progress in line with objectives (quality, cost, deadlines) on the construction side. You guarantee contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Represent the company and ensure its visibility with customers
Listen to customers' needs, identify their expectations and propose appropriate solutions
Guarantee compliance with commitments and customer satisfaction
Selecting the right subcontractors for the job
Coordinate work and ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
Manage quotations and value additional services
Consolidate site productivity and profitability data
Lead the project team and ensure everyone is involved, by encouraging the flow of information.
Ensure that safety instructions are applied and assess risks on site
Supporting the roll-out and national consolidation of offers

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of electronic security or low-voltage power in the broadest sense.

Recognized for your technical mastery and field orientation, you are able to manage installation activities.

You know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your project teams. You are recognized for your leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and analytical skills.
