Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Today, digital transformation and performance management are at the heart of our priorities. In this context, we are seeking a Digital Transformation & Performance Project Manager (work-study program) to support the rollout of our projects.
This is a work-study program with significant learning opportunities, allowing you to work on cross-functional projects in direct collaboration with operational teams and support functions.
Our goal is to streamline, digitize, and improve our practices in order to strengthen the management of our operations. Specifically, we aim to implement tools and methods that enable better performance tracking, greater data transparency, and continuous optimization of our processes.
As a Digital Transformation & Performance Project Manager in a work-study program, you will play an active role in rolling out transformation projects, developing performance management tools, and monitoring operational performance. Your role involves organizing, monitoring, and structuring priority initiatives to meet the needs of the teams and support the evolution of practices.
🚀Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks:
🎯 Digital Transformation
- Help roll out digital transformation projects
- Help develop monitoring and management tools
- Help teams learn how to use the new tools
- Identify areas for improvement and propose concrete solutions
🎯 Activity Monitoring
- Help establish and monitor performance metrics
- Help create operational dashboards
- Analyze activity data and report on discrepancies
- Help manage the performance of business operations
🎯 Project Management
- Help monitor and coordinate projects
- Help develop action plans
- Engage in discussions with field teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and suggest adjustments as needed
👤 Your profile
As a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, digital transformation, performance management, or a related field, you are interested in the challenges of digital transformation and performance management.
You have an interest in operational environments and topics related to continuous improvement, performance management, and the digitization of processes.
You are comfortable using office software, particularly Excel, and have an interest in reporting and data analysis tools.
You are known for your attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities. You are self-motivated, curious, and proactive.
You enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with a variety of people.
Finally, you’re looking to join a dynamic, evolving environment where you can take the initiative while receiving support as you develop your skills.
