Job offer: Experienced Project Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Marseille

As part of the development of our installation and modification activities, we are recruiting an experienced Project Manager (M/F) capable of managing complex projects with high technical value, from launch to delivery.

Your role: project manager and guarantor of project success
Reporting to the Product Line Manager for "Ensemblier," you will be responsible for turnkey projects and leading a multidisciplinary project team. As a true conductor, you will ensure complete control of the technical, contractual, financial, and planning aspects of the project in a demanding and regulated environment.

Your main responsibilities:

- Structure and plan the different phases of the project
- Set up the project organization and define the operating rules
- Select, mobilize, and coordinate internal and external resources
- Manage the quality, cost, and deadline objectives for deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and control project risks and opportunities
- Coordinate all stakeholders (internal teams, customers, suppliers, partners)
- Conduct contractual and technical discussions with the customer, including negotiations
- Ensure financial monitoring of the project in close collaboration with the finance department
- Supervise supplier/customer orders and associated invoicing
- Be proactive in proposing technical solutions tailored to the challenges on the ground

Occasional travel to nuclear sites in France is to be expected.

Your assets

With a five-year degree in engineering (general, mechanical, or equivalent), you have proven experience in turnkey industrial project management, ideally acquired in a demanding and highly regulated technical environment.

You are recognized for your ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and meet ambitious commitments in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality.

With natural leadership skills, you know how to anticipate risks, make decisions, and propose pragmatic solutions. Your interpersonal skills enable you to interact effectively with a wide range of people, both technical and contractual, internal and external.
