Oversee the technical and administrative management of the site,
Oversee the work, monitor its progress and ensure it is completed properly,
Ensure compliance with the specifications and monitor schedules,
Monitor visual and bacteriological inspections, as well as the rinsing of food contact surfaces,
Monitor the implementation of the prevention plan,
Ensure site security during and outside of working hours,
Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of,
Ensure that products and equipment are stored properly,
Ensure that the QHSE procedures established by management are followed,
Conduct on-site audits through QSE visits, behavioral safety visits,
Report accidents, hazardous situations, near misses, or any other issues related to Health, Safety, and the Environment to your supervisor,
Take the initiative to propose ideas and report to management on areas for improvement and progress observed on-site (human resources, equipment, quality, specifications, safety, etc.).
Customer relations :
Serve as a permanent point of contact for customers, answer their questions, or refer them to the Area Manager,
Attend progress meetings.
Equipment management and maintenance:
Manage inventory of products, supplies, and PPE, as well as their distribution,
Ensure that personnel on site use collective and individual protective equipment appropriate for the work to be performed, in accordance with regulations,
Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been performed.
Exceptional cases:
Replace on-duty staff in the event of an unexpected absence

With a degree in the food industry or significant initial experience in team management at a food production facility, you are a hands-on professional known for your ability to work in a team, your interpersonal skills, your attention to detail, and your organizational skills.
