Job offer Site Manager Safety/Security F/H CDI Ain (01)

Manage and unite a team of 50 employees
Ensure contract application and compliance, financial management of resources and labor legislation
Lead talks and knowledge reminders with various employees
Check that site operating documents are up to date
Ensure and verify that administrative tasks comply with the contract
Act as interface between customer and agency
Organize recruitment and guarantee social management
Monitor agent training plans and schedules
Maintaining a good social climate
Validate pre-payroll data
Preparing customer invoices
Centralize and validate workwear and equipment requirements
Report on status, areas for improvement and needs, proposing an action plan
Ensure operational reporting
Manage and maintain equipment and operational tools

Your assets

With at least 2 years' higher education, you have at least 5 years' successful experience as a site manager in the safety field, ideally in a nuclear power plant.

You have proven managerial and communication skills. You have a good knowledge of operations and know how to manage a large workforce.
