Job Opening: Site Security Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Rhône (69)

After completing on-site training as part of your onboarding process, you will serve as the point of contact for safety and security matters at five sites.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Land Management

Implement the service in accordance with the Specifications and internal procedures
Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed, and that PPE is used
Ensure compliance with QSE procedures and standard operating procedures
Work with management to draft the guidelines
Centralize clothing requests
Centralize requests for time off
Follow up with employees after absences
Monitor changes to the site schedule.
Report issues by describing them, suggesting solutions, and, if necessary, providing timelines
Ensure staff training: certifications and skills required to perform services
Monitor the professionalism of staff and the quality of service
Propose disciplinary actions, promotions, and transfers
Serve as the liaison between the client and the agency under the supervision of their manager
Report discrepancies, ideas, and needs by proposing an action plan

Management

Manage the on-site team
Welcome and onboard new employees as needed
Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions
Ensuring a stable work environment

Equipment Management

Track equipment
Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been performed

Administrative

Ensure that the client contract aligns with the schedule, with a view to compliance with the law and profitability

Your assets

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and are recognized for your managerial skills.

You have a valid private security professional license.

Organized and with good interpersonal skills, you manage your activity in line with customer expectations and agency guidelines.
