We are recruiting for our CLERMONT DE L'OISE branch a ;
Local Team Leader F/H
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
- Setting an example for service agents
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating modes are respected, and that PPE is used.
Customer relations ;
- Constant contact with customers
- Technical and administrative site management
- Supervise work, monitor progress and ensure completion
- Check compliance with specifications
- Follow the prevention plan
- Ensure site safety during and outside working hours
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that my periodic inspections have been carried out.
A hands-on person, you are recognized for your taste for teamwork, your reliability and your ability to anticipate. You have proven experience in site management and team supervision.
You are familiar with the requirements linked to specifications and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a team and have a sense of responsibility and results.
Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
Driving license required.
