We are looking for a dynamic and motivated team leader to supervise and coordinate the activities of our team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that quality standards are met while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage a team of employees, ensuring their training and development.
Organize and plan daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with cleaning and safety procedures.
Evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Manage conflicts within the team and promote a harmonious working climate.
Collaborate with management to achieve set objectives and propose improvements.

Cleaning in the food industry is a key and indispensable step, and takes place upstream of the production chain. As a cleaning agent, you play an important role in reducing or even eliminating the micro-organisms present in an environment, in order to avoid contamination or infection in the production environment.

You therefore play a very important role in food safety, ensuring that consumers receive products that are safe for their health.

You ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
