Your main tasks will be as follows:

CONTROL OF LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES :

Ensure correct preparation of shipments
Manage preparation areas and ensure timely loading
Ensure correct operation of handling equipment and report any malfunctions in its use
Exchange with superiors the highlights of the shift, as well as any anomalies or difficulties encountered during the service
Contribute to the continuous improvement of activities (reception, entry, labeling, preparation, loading)
Exchange with customers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction.

TEAM MANAGEMENT :

Manage site teams: ensure the planning and organization of activities within his or her scope
Ensure compliance with regulations and the validity of authorizations.
Check staff attendance at the start and end of shifts, and ensure that clockings are correct.
Ensure that the tasks performed by his/her teams are carried out correctly, in compliance with customer and Onet procedures
Be able to ensure that they are carried out
Pass on operational information, procedures, etc. to his/her teams
Check the service provided, ensuring compliance with QSE rules and quality of service
Ensure that preparation, dispatch and storage areas are kept clean.

Your assets

You are preparing a BTS in transport logistics or equivalent
