Job offer Nuclear Operations Team Leader F/H CDI Gard (30)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the activities of your team of 2 to 5 operators in the operation of a nuclear facility at the CEA Marcoule Center.

Your main tasks will be :

Ensure the proper execution of the operations entrusted to you while managing your team;

Organize operating activities and communicate instructions to the operators under your authority;

Carry out periodic inspections or have them carried out and report on them, in accordance with maintenance plans;

Monitor the control room and issue work orders;

Track work orders in the dedicated software for periodic inspections, and create requests for corrective maintenance;

Ensuring compliance with safety, radiation protection and security regulations, as well as quality requirements, as part of maintaining the facility in safe, operational conditions;

Inform your superiors of any deviation or abnormal situation.

Your assets

You have proven experience in site management and team supervision in an industrial context.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
