Job offer Nuclear waste management team leader F/H CDI Drôme (26)

As part of the development of our activities on the SOGEVAL site, we are looking for a Team Leader specializing in nuclear waste management, dismantling or remediation.

Your missions will be as follows:

Supervise a team of technicians responsible for sorting, packaging, evacuation and monitoring of radioactive waste

Ensure compliance with safety, security and quality procedures on site.

Ensure the planning and smooth running of operations, in conjunction with customer contacts and support services.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement of practices (feedback, risk analyses).

Write intervention reports and monitor performance indicators.

Your assets

We are looking for an experienced professional in the nuclear field, ideally with a proven track record in decommissioning, radioactive waste management and/or remediation.

You are familiar with the constraints and requirements of a nuclear environment (safety, traceability, radiation protection) and are comfortable in the field, as close as possible to operations.

Initial experience in local management or technical team supervision would be highly appreciated.
