We are hiring a cleaning supervisor at our Aurillac branch in the Cantal department (15)
Cleaning Team Leader M/F
Your mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
· Organize, supervise, and manage staff working at various sites in the field of business services and cleaning;
· Recruit and onboard new service agents;
· Plan and organize inspections at customer sites;
· Verify that cleaning services are performed properly, in accordance with safety regulations and work procedures, and in compliance with the specifications of the various client sites;
· Supply the sites with the necessary equipment and products;
· Participate in project reviews, track hours, and manage equipment and quotes;
· Participate in the work;
· Apply and ensure compliance with the company’s current quality, safety, environmental, and security procedures and guidelines.
As a hands-on professional, you are known for your adaptability and reliability, and you have proven experience in construction site management and supervising staff.
You are familiar with the requirements of construction sites and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of responsibility and results.
Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
Knowledge of office software (Excel/Word).
