We are recruiting a cleaning team leader for our Bayonne agency.
Team leader in bus cleaning/maintenance M/F
Your mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
As a hands-on person, you have at least two years' experience in team management in industrial cleaning, vehicle cleaning, or a similar field. You are used to night shifts and are known for your teamwork skills, interpersonal skills, rigor, organization, and ability to motivate a team working irregular hours.
You are proficient in cleaning techniques and have a sense of responsibility and a focus on results.
Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
Fixed night shifts: 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. with two days off per week.
Class B license required
Position based in Bayonne
Desired start date: March 20
