Manage, support and motivate a team of service agents at different sites.
Deliver products and consumables to different sites
Train staff in cleaning techniques
Distribute and monitor tasks as needed.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Manage schedules, replace short-term absences if necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and cleanliness rules.
Liaise with customers in the field (under the responsibility of an area manager).

Profile required:

Proven experience in the cleaning sector, ideally in team management.
Organizational skills, autonomy and responsiveness
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Driving license required (travel required).

Knowledge of office software (Excel/Word).
