The Team Leader ensures the smooth running of logistics activities within his or her area of responsibility, and supervises the operating staff under his or her supervision. He/she is responsible for the quality of the work carried out, in compliance with procedures and health and safety rules. He/she is one of the customer's main contacts.

He/she will be based in Saint Martin de Crau in a logistics environment requiring a high degree of rigor and seriousness in the application of instructions/procedures and operating modes.

As the activity takes place on the customer's premises, this position requires diplomacy, collaboration and anticipation skills.

CONTROL OF LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES :

Ensure proper preparation of shipments
Manage preparation areas and ensure on-time loading
Ensure proper operation of handling equipment and report any malfunctions in its use.
Discuss the highlights of the shift, as well as any anomalies or difficulties encountered during the shift, with your line manager.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of activities (receiving, data entry, labeling, preparation, loading)
Regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction

TEAM MANAGEMENT :

Manage site teams: ensure the planning and organization of activities within its perimeter.
Ensure compliance with regulations and validity of authorizations.
Check staff attendance at the beginning and end of shifts, and ensure that clockings are correct.
Ensure that the tasks performed by its teams are carried out correctly, in compliance with customer and Onet procedures.
Be able to ensure its execution
Transmit operating information, procedures... to teams
Monitor performance, ensuring compliance with QSE rules and quality of service
Ensure cleanliness of preparation, shipping and storage areas
Prepare and send activity reports and C/Rs
