Job offer Team leader F/H CDI Isère (38)

As part of our logistics activity linked to the management of chlorine cylinders, we are looking for a Team Leader F/H to supervise a team of forklift drivers and ensure the smooth running of operations on site.

Working directly with the site manager, you will ensure that safety instructions are followed, that operational tasks are carried out correctly and that the team is coordinated on a daily basis.

Your missions will be as follows:

Organize and plan cylinder unloading, internal transport and set-up operations
Monitor and coordinate the forklift team
Ensure strict compliance with procedures, TDG requirements and operating procedures
Participate in cylinder connection/disconnection operations within the workshop
Guarantee compliance of hookah operations (local breathing air network)
Act as safety referent and ensure compliance with current regulations
Accompany new arrivals and provide on-the-job training
Interface with other departments (maintenance, safety, etc.).)

Your assets

You have proven experience in logistics, with a first successful experience in team management.

You have CACES 3 and 4, with at least one year's experience driving forklift trucks.

You have received training in the use of overhead travelling cranes (R484), as well as in the use of a fire extinguisher and fire evacuation procedures.
You hold RC1 (forklift operator) and RC2 (equipment operator) chemical risk authorizations.
You have also received safety training in handling chlorine gas in cylinders or bottles, as well as specific training for site access, which can be paid for if necessary.

You demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills.
You are recognized for your thoroughness and respect for safety rules.
Finally, you are a team player with strong communication skills.
