Onet Logistics and Production is recruiting a Team Leader (M/F) to manage and lead its operational teams, ensure the quality of services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Site Manager or Production Manager , you will be responsible for the main missions:

Organization and monitoring of daily activity
Supervision and management of a field team
Compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) procedures
Coordination and monitoring of relations with support services and the client.

On a daily basis, you:

Plan team attendance and missions
Check the quality of the services provided
Participate in production meetings and ensure the availability of quality documentation
Analyze potential malfunctions and suggest improvement actions
Help maintain a good social climate and team cohesion

Position to be filled as soon as possible, permanent contract, daytime working hours and other benefits (packed lunch + bonuses according to conditions).

You are proficient in applicable IT tools
You know the QHSE rules and internal regulations
