We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team and supervise field operations.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising agents to ensure quality of service, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Your mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
Prepare your equipment and products, then put them away once you've finished your work
Clean and maintain floors
Clean and maintain offices, washrooms and social areas
Collect and sort waste
Follow instructions and wear personal protective equipment
Empty the garbage cans
Picking up litter
Picking
Supervise and manage a team of agents.
Ensure compliance with safety instructions and internal procedures.
Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
Communicate regularly with management and customers to ensure optimum follow-up.
Intervene to solve problems in the field.
