We are recruiting an industrial site team leader for our ONET MOSELLE branch.
A working team leader F/H
As part of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Framing :
- Supervise maintenance workers and set an example,
- Ensure that maintenance workers are trained, authorized and capable of carrying out the work.
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.
- Welcoming and training new recruits
- Replace agents in case of absence
Site monitoring :
- Supervise work, monitor progress and ensure completion
- Check compliance with specifications
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Ensure compliance with QHSE health and safety procedures defined by management
Customer relations :
- Provide a permanent customer interface, answering customer questions or redirecting the customer to the Area Manager
Equipment management and maintenance:
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order
Performing services :
. Parking lot cleaning
. Cleaning conveyors
. Terrace cleaning
. Passage of the scrubber-drier
You ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated. A CAP and/or Bac Pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
