We are hiring for our agency in Reims:
Non-working Team Leader (M/F)
Accompanied by your manager, your mission is to :
- Supervise service agents,
- Manage the technical and administrative aspects of the project site,
- Oversee operations, monitor their progress, and ensure their successful completion,
- Ensure compliance with the specifications,
- Ensure site security
- Maintain a continuous client interface, addressing client inquiries
- Manage the inventory of products, equipment, and PPE, as well as their distribution
- Ensure that materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic verifications have been conducted.
Your role is crucial: you are responsible for organizing and overseeing the technical aspects of service delivery. You will supervise and manage the field teams within your area of responsibility.
Service vehicle
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated. A CAP and/or Bac Pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
