Onet Cleaning and Associated Services in Reims is looking for a motivated and rigorous Team Leader to work on our customer site Les Volailles Champenoises.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Your mission

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will supervise a team of service agents to ensure that cleaning services are carried out correctly.

Your missions will focus on 3 areas:

Operational management

Supervise and lead a team of cleaners
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
Maintaining a good social climate in the field

Customer relations

Be the customer's local contact on site
Ensure customer satisfaction and report any needs or anomalies

Health, Safety and Quality

Apply and enforce health and safety rules
Raising agent awareness of best practices

Your assets

Ideally, you will have significant experience in the agri-food sector, but profiles with a background in operational team management in the service, industry, logistics, retail or equivalent sectors will also be considered.

You are familiar with health and safety protocols, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Versatile, respectful and a team player, you can manage a team and react quickly.
