Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Team Leader (M/F) to work on a project for a client in the industrial and nuclear sectors
Reporting to the Site Manager, your main responsibilities will be
Operational management:
- Supervise, lead, and support a team of logistics agents
- Organize and distribute daily activities (distribution, returns, stock management)
- Ensure adherence to procedures, instructions, and safety regulations
- Facilitate employee skill enhancement
Store Operations Management:
- Ensure the availability of equipment for worksites.
- Oversee the flows of distribution and reintegration
- Ensure the proper upkeep of the warehouse (organization, tidiness, cleanliness)
- Manage priorities based on field emergencies.
- Lead daily briefings with the teams (production, Q3SE, radiation protection, 5S)
Inventory tracking and traceability:
- Ensure stock reliability (physical and IT – GMO² WMS).
- Oversee inventories and the processing of discrepancies
- Ensure the traceability of equipment movements,
- Monitor loans, returns, and anomalies
Equipment inspection and compliance:
- Ensure the control of equipment upon distribution and return
- Oversee the management of defective or non-compliant equipment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to sensitive
Deviation and Incident Management:
- Analyze discrepancies (losses, breakages, non-returns)
- Implement and monitor corrective actions
- Ensure incident follow-up in conjunction with the teams and the client
Interface and coordination:
- Be the primary contact for operational teams (site/project)
- Collaborate with the WMS Manager (GMO²)
- Liaise with the central warehouse and other stores
- Escalate information to the activity manager
Nuclear environment:
- Ensure the application of security and radiation protection rules.
- Ensure compliance with requirements in controlled zones
- Oversee specific activities (decontamination, regulated equipment...)
Performance monitoring :
- Monitor indicators (equipment availability, stock reliability, discrepancies...)
- Analyze operational malfunctions
- Propose continuous improvement actions
Your role in the service:
You are responsible for ensuring the performance of the COUT store by
team management, equipment availability, and the reliability of workflows,
in a demanding nuclear environment.
- You have experience in logistics or industrial team management.
- You are proficient in on-site logistics flows and management tools (WMS such as GMO²).
- You are able to manage priorities and emergency situations
You demonstrate leadership, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can interact with diverse stakeholders (teams, clients).
- Experience in a nuclear environment is an asset
- Nuclear certifications (SCN, CSQ, RP, etc.) are a plus
📌 Additional information:
- Day shift hours (adaptable according to activity)
- Team-based work (2x8/3x8 shifts possible) during unit outages (3 to 6 months per year)
- Daily on-site presence with standard monitoring (5S).
- Possible weekend availability depending on operational constraints
