Job Opening: Logistics Team Leader (M/F), Permanent Position, Drôme (26)

Onet Logistique & Production is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to work on logistics operations carried out on behalf of its client at a site in Valence.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will actively participate in receiving operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the business, the quality of service, and compliance with safety regulations on a daily basis.

Management and Organization of Operations:

- Manage, lead, and support a team of 5 receptionists

- Organize and monitor receiving operations based on operational needs

- Train and mentor new receptionists

- Ensure that operations are carried out properly and that the work performed meets high-quality standards

- Prepare daily reports and ensure that information is relayed to your superiors

Receiving and managing flows:

- Perform IT acceptance testing using the client's tools

- Unload shipments from carriers

- Check the received goods and delivery slips

- Track and resolve receiving issues

- Monitor and effectively manage incoming flows

Quality, safety, and compliance:

- Ensure compliance with procedures, QSE guidelines, and safety rules

- Adopt a curious and proactive attitude toward day-to-day operations and security issues

- Identify issues and help implement corrective actions

- Ensure that operations comply with the client's requirements

Continuous Improvement and Performance:

- Take the initiative in proposing ways to continuously improve business operations

- Help optimize receiving operations

- Help improve business performance

Your assets

- You have some initial experience in management or in overseeing a logistics operation

- You have experience receiving goods, verifying delivery slips, and managing incoming shipments

- You are proficient in industrial and logistics software (ERP, WMS, etc.)

- You hold a Category 3 CACES certification

- You are organized, thorough, responsive, and have strong analytical skills

- You know how to demonstrate leadership and bring a team together

- You take the initiative and are committed to continuous improvement and safety issues
