We are recruiting for our CLERMONT DE L'OISE branch a ;
Single Site Team Leader F/HV for our customer located in Senlis
Reporting to the Area Manager, your duties will include :
- Setting an example for service agents
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating modes are respected, and that PPE is used.
- Constant contact with customers
- Set up morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Meet the requirements of the specifications
- Follow the prevention plan
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic checks have been carried out.
- Report any malfunctions and questions to your manager.
The number of positions to be filled is three.
You are recognized for your ability to work as part of a team, your conscientiousness and your ability to think ahead, and you have proven experience in site management and team supervision.
You are familiar with the requirements linked to specifications and are recognized for your interpersonal skills. You enjoy working in a team and have a sense of responsibility and results.
Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
Driving license required.
