Job Opening: Multi-Site Team Leader (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Area Manager, as a Team Leader in the cleaning department, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our services. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of cleaning staff
- Monitor the quality of services provided
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and hygiene protocols
- Train and mentor new employees
- Manage inventory of products and supplies

- Perform occasional cleaning services as needed

You will be required to travel throughout the Maine-et-Loire and Vendée regions; a company vehicle will be provided.

Your assets

Profile required:

- Significant experience in the cleaning industry, ideally with some management experience
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail, independence, and responsiveness
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Valid driver's license required
