Location: Lorient
Contract: CDI - Full time (35h)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm / 1pm-4pm
Salary: €14.27 gross/hour) or 2164 euros per month
Level: CE1

Your tasks :

As a team leader, reporting to the site manager, you will supervise a team of industrial cleaners working in a sensitive naval environment.

As such,

you are responsible for :

Supervise, coordinate and motivate the team on industrial cleaning sites
Organize interventions according to defined schedules and site operational constraints
Guarantee quality of service and compliance with health, safety and environmental protection standards
Train new employees and support skills development
Maintain customer relations in the field and pass on key information to your superiors

Profile required:

Significant experience in industrial cleaning, ideally in a naval or industrial environment
First successful experience in team management
Excellent organizational, communication and operational management skills
Knowledge of safety rules and quality procedures
Rigor, initiative and a sense of responsibility
At ease in confined or cramped environments
ZAR eligibility mandatory (restricted area: no criminal record or pending proceedings)
