We are hiring for our Poitiers office
a versatile team leader (male or female)
As part of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Supervision and administrative management of operations:
· Supervise the cleaning staff and set an example,
· Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions,
· Ensure that general-duty officers are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.
· Participate in recruitment efforts
· Welcome new hires and train them through mentorship
· Create schedules for the multi-skilled team based on the work to be done
Site monitoring:
· Oversee the technical and administrative management of service sites
· Oversee the work, monitor its progress, and ensure it is completed properly
- Check compliance with specifications
· Monitor the implementation of the prevention plan
· Perform standard and/or high-altitude glazing work
· Use specialized equipment for window cleaning: aerial work platforms, poles, scaffolding,
· Ensure site security during and outside of working hours
· Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Ensure compliance with QHSE health and safety procedures defined by management
Customer relations :
- Provide a permanent customer interface, answering customer questions or redirecting the customer to the Area Manager
Equipment management and maintenance:
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution
· Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been conducted
Position available on permanent contract
You ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
You have a CQP in window cleaning/cleaning or equivalent, and initial significant experience in a similar position in the cleaning sector.
You are used to working at height and ideally hold a CACES certificate.
You are known for your commitment to customer service and your attention to detail.
You enjoy working as part of a team, while also demonstrating independence and organizational skills in carrying out your tasks.
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated. A CAP and/or Bac Pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
