Onet Propreté is looking for a :
Team leader F/H multi-site
Reporting to the Area Manager and Operations Manager, your main tasks are as follows:
Ensure compliance with customer specifications.
. Manage schedules, replace short-term absences if
necessary.
- Schedule and organize work sites (resources, equipment).
- Plan and organize quality controls and equipment maintenance.
- Take part in work site reports, time tracking and
management of equipment and estimates.
- Participate in work.
- Apply and ensure the application of quality / safety / environment / security procedures and instructions in force within the company and on the installations where services are provided.

. Provide back-up in the absence of the Sector Manager.
A service vehicle is at your disposal.
With training in hygiene, cleanliness and the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.
Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.
You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets for your colleagues and customers.
Computer literate (Pack Office).
