ONET Propreté is looking to recruit for its customer site located at the Bel Air Hospital in Thionville :
Team leader F/H
Reporting to the Area Manager, your main tasks are as follows:
Supervise service agents and position yourself as a real point of reference.
Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and propose appropriate solutions.
Ensure a clear and regular link between your team and head office.
Supervise and control the quality of services provided on site.
Punctually replace an absent agent and take part in maintenance activities if necessary.
Draw up work schedules.
Ensure strict compliance with procedures, work instructions, safety guidelines and operating methods.
Check PPE use and equipment conformity.

Your profile
Trained in hygiene, cleaning or the environment (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP or equivalent).
You have previous managerial or supervisory experience on a cleaning site.
Experienced self-taught profiles are also highly valued.
You are recognized for :
You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office)
Driving license required.
