We are recruiting a cleaning team leader for the ORANGE VELODROME site at our ONET EVENEMENTIEL agency.
Industrial cleaning team leader F/H
Your mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager, your main tasks are as follows:
- Supervise service agents and set an example
- Ensure that service agents are trained, authorized, and capable of performing the work.
- Listen to staff in order to anticipate problems and find solutions
- Ensuring the technical and administrative management of the construction site
- Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed and that PPE is used.
- Welcome new hires and temporary workers
- Carry out work in accordance with the instructions of your line manager and monitor its progress and successful completion.
- Check compliance with specifications
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Ensure that a permanent customer interface is maintained and respond to customer questions.
- Manage stocks of products and equipment, as well as their distribution
- Participate in daily activity meetings
With training in hygiene, cleanliness, and the environment (such as CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP, or equivalent), you have initial managerial experience in site management.
Self-taught candidates with experience in a similar position will also be considered.
You are known for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and independence. Responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets to your colleagues and your customers.
