Organize, coordinate, and supervise cleaning services
Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of cleaning staff
Distribute tasks and manage team schedules
Provide initial and ongoing training for agents (techniques, products, equipment)

Quality and safety

Ensure compliance with protocols, hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Organize safety awareness campaigns
Participate in cleaning operations if necessary (reinforcement or replacement)

Management and monitoring

Monitor the consumption of products and materials
Produce reports (monitoring of services, anomalies, incidents)
Attend meetings with management or clients as necessary
Propose improvements in terms of organization and service quality

Conditions

Contract: Permanent contract
Hours: Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Possible travel between different sites
Wearing of personal protective equipment is mandatory

Your profile

Ideally, you will have initial successful experience in the cleaning sector, including supervising operational teams. As a true managerial link in the field, you know how to organize work, support service agents, and ensure that instructions are followed in an educational and exemplary manner.

You are rigorous and organized, and are comfortable with managing priorities, monitoring projects, and controlling service quality. Your sense of responsibility enables you to ensure compliance with safety rules, QHSE procedures, and customer specifications.

With strong interpersonal skills, you know how to build trust with your teams and with site contacts. Independent, responsive, and proactive, you actively contribute to the smooth running of the site and customer satisfaction.

You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office)

Driving license required.

Experienced self-taught profiles are also highly valued.
