Job Opening: Cleaning Team Leader (M/F) – Permanent Position

Supervise and lead field teams
Organize schedules and ensure service continuity
Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions
Track attendance, absences, and substitutions
Serve as the Sector Manager’s liaison with teams and customers
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures
Participate in training and skill development for staff
Required profile:

Experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in a supervisory role
Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize emergencies
Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and responsiveness in the field
Proficiency with monitoring tools (time tracking, quality control, reporting)
Requirements:

Field position with regular travel
Flexible hours depending on the site
Valid driver's license required
Expected location:
A key role serving as the link between the field and the Area Manager, with a strong emphasis on quality of work, responsiveness, and meeting commitments.
