Job offer Cleaning team leader - industrial F/H CDI Moselle (57)

- Manage and lead a team of cleaners
- Organize and plan work sites according to customer needs
- Monitor quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Take part in cleaning work to support the team if necessary
- Manage product and equipment stocks
- Train new employees in safety methods and rules
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, and wearing of PPE
- Report any anomaly or incident to line management

Your assets

Experience in industrial cleaning and team management required

Self-taught profiles with experience in a similar position are also considered.

You are recognized for your organizational skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsiveness and adaptability will be major assets for your colleagues and customers.

Computer literate (Pack Office).

You must have a valid driving licence (for travel to different sites).
