Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a site in accordance with the specifications and the rules and procedures in force. You act as the direct interface with the customer.
Your missions are as follows:
Operation :
Organize the site in compliance with specifications (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules).
Ensure and monitor the proper application of cleaning services.
Ensure compliance with QSE standards and operating procedures.
Carry out inspections with the support of the branch's QSE Manager.
Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating modes are respected, and that PPE is used.
Monitor your site's operating account and financial indicators.
Ensure staff training: authorizations and abilities to perform services.
Carry out weekly tallying and forward to the administrative division.
Management :
Manage the site team.
Welcome and integrate new employees.
Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions.
Ensure a lasting social climate.
Equipment management and maintenance:
Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution.
Ensure that materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic checks have been carried out.
Ensure that cleaning machines are properly maintained.
Customer relations :
Ensure customer relations and satisfaction at all times.
Manage customer complaints using an IT tool.

You have proven experience in management, supervision of a food processing site and team supervision, ideally in the cleaning field.
You are able to ensure that hygiene rules and work procedures are properly applied.
You know how to plan, organize, distribute the workload and allocate resources to carry out cleaning services.
You know how to lead and motivate your teams.
You have a good command of IT tools.
