We are recruiting for ourManosque agencytwo:
Team leaders in the hotel industry
As part of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Maintenance :
- Clean rooms,
- Making the beds,
- Clean washrooms and floors,
Framing :
- Supervise maintenance workers and set an example,
- Manage employee schedules,
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions,
- Ensure that safety instructions are followed and that rooms are properly cleaned,
- Welcome new recruits and train them through mentoring,
- Provide a permanent customer interface, answering customer questions or redirecting the customer to the Area Manager,
- Monitor room occupancy schedules on a daily basis,
Material management :
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution,
- Check that the materials and equipment used are in good working order (vacuum cleaner, cleaning trolley).
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.
Job requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning and supervision is required, but all profiles will be considered.
