Onet Services Propreté et Services Santé in Metz is hiring a Cleaning Team Leader (M/F) for our operations at our client’s site at the Mercy Regional Hospital.
Hours: 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM (with a break) and on weekends on a rotating schedule from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
You will play a key role in organizing and supervising cleaning services, ensuring quality of service, compliance with hygiene protocols, and customer satisfaction.
Acting as a liaison between the operational teams and the Area Manager, you help maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for users.
This strategic position requires rigor, organizational skills, leadership, and a sense of service.
Reporting to the Area Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately forty cleaning operatives, organize tasks, and ensure the smooth execution of services.
- Plan and coordinate operations according to client requirements and site constraints.
- Train and support agents in cleaning techniques and hygiene protocols (including bio-cleaning).
- Monitor the quality of services rendered and implement corrective actions as required.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, as well as internal procedures
- Manage inventory of equipment and consumables, organize their replenishment, and ensure the proper condition of equipment.
- Operate and supervise the use of professional equipment (single-disc machines, scrubber-dryers, technical vacuum cleaners, window cleaning equipment).
- Occasionally participate in specific cleaning services.
- Manage the recruitment and replacement of agents,
- Actively contribute to linen management.
- Ensure fluid communication with their manager and other on-site team leaders, responding to requests and managing emergencies.
- Provide administrative oversight of activities (timekeeping, information feedback, service monitoring).
- Monitor consumables, manage inventory, and process supply requests.
