Job offer: Accounts Payable Clerk (M/F) Fixed-term contract Isère (38)

Based at the head office in Grenoble and reporting to the Accounting, Taxation, and Financing Department, your main responsibility will be to carry out supplier department operations in accordance with procedures and deadlines.

In this context, your main activities are as follows:

Directly manage a portfolio of agencies
Enter new equipment rental contracts, cancellations and transfers between agencies/companies
Ensure reconciliation between expected rents and rents recorded in the ERP system
Follow up on invoices that have not been posted at the time of closing
Account for invoices in ERP or follow up on registrations made in the branch
Track supplier overdue items (accounts receivable, credit notes not deducted, direct debits not accounted for, etc.).
Preparing cut-off work and responding to requests from the statutory auditors
Set up and control payment cycles
Check direct debits and search for supporting documents/monitor SEPA mandates

Your assets

With a degree in accounting, you have at least two years' experience in a similar role.

You have a thorough understanding of accounts payable and general accounting.

Versatile and responsive, you are capable of handling large volumes. You are also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have a good command of office automation tools (particularly Excel) and accounting software.
