Job offer Management and performance controller CDI Val d'Oise (95)

As a strategic and operational partner to facility managers, you play a key role in the Business Unit's economic and operational performance. You are immersed in the field, close to the teams, and contribute to decision-making by translating financial and operational data into concrete levers for improvement.

Your main tasks:

1. Managing plant performance

Analyze costs by activity and type of service to identify performance levers.
Monitor deviations from targets, assess risks and propose corrective actions.
Lead performance reviews with managers and field teams, highlighting concrete improvement actions.
Carry out field audits to enrich analyses and gain a detailed understanding of operational issues.
Ensure accurate representation of operational variances in reports and analyses.

2. Reporting, budgeting and financial monitoring

Coordinate the preparation and updating of the BU budget, in liaison with General Management and finance teams.
Translate financial data into operational indicators (sales, ROI, profitability, etc.) that can be accessed and used by teams.
Consolidate and analyze income statements to provide clear and regular reporting to General Management.
Build and monitor synthetic scorecards to proactively manage performance.

3. Strategic and cross-functional support

Work closely with all BU departments - finance, sales, HR, operational teams - to ensure consistent, shared management.
Provide sales teams with reliable data to build competitive offers.
Provide economic input for strategic decisions (new offers, organization, expenses) and contribute to the valuation of development projects.
Be a driving force in identifying areas for improvement and strengthening the BU's overall performance.

Your assets

Proven operational experience, ideally as a former operations manager or SME executive, with a global vision of facility management.
5 years' higher education in management, finance, controlling or engineering appreciated.
Strong appetite for the field: immersion in operations and close contact with teams.
Curious, dynamic, proactive and proactive.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to transform data into concrete recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel and ideally Power BI; knowledge of ERP (SAP, Sage or equivalent).
Written and spoken English required for internal exchanges and cross-functional analyses.

Occasional travel to our provincial ports of call required.

Additional note:

The Management Controller will use information provided by the accounting/finance team, with whom he/she will collaborate in a constant spirit of teamwork. The incumbent will not report to the CFO, but will be part of the Operational Excellence team, guaranteeing a focus on field performance and proximity to operations.
