As a Management Controller at Onet Logistique, you will work in the Finance Department, which is divided into two divisions: Administration & Finance and Management Control.

You will play a strategic role in overseeing all management control processes to ensure the company's financial performance.

You will work closely with management to provide relevant financial analyses and inform strategic decisions.

You will be responsible for optimizing costs, monitoring budgets and implementing performance indicators.

Reporting to the Controlling Manager, your main missions will be:

◌ Developing and monitoring budgets: Work with operational departments to build and monitor budgets, ensuring their alignment with the company's financial objectives.
◌ Collaboration with operations teams: Work closely with operations to develop and implement action plans to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
◌ Cost optimization: Identify and implement optimization levers to reduce costs and improve the company's overall profitability.
◌ Variance analysis: set up regular reporting to identify discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, propose corrective actions based on analyses.
◌ Financial performance monitoring: Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) to measure project profitability and optimize resource allocation.
◌ Coordination of financial forecasts: Oversee quarterly and annual forecasts to anticipate financial results and adjust action plans accordingly.
◌ Participation in cross-functional projects: Collaborate with the Performance and Innovation Director on projects aimed at improving financial and organizational efficiency.
◌ Management of reporting tools: Pilot the evolution of management control systems and reporting tools to ensure their performance and suitability to the company's needs.

Your assets

You have completed 5 years of higher education in management, finance or an equivalent field.

You have at least 5 years' experience in management control, ideally in a logistics or industrial environment. Experience in an audit firm would be a plus.

You have advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems and a good understanding of data analysis tools.

You are able to interpret and exploit complex financial data, identify deviations from forecasts, and propose strategic recommendations based on detailed analysis.

You are recognized for your innovative spirit, rigor, analytical and synthesizing skills, discretion, good communication skills, autonomy and proactivity.

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
