Set up operational reporting for branches and, in collaboration with operational staff, provide monthly analyses.
Advise, assist and challenge operational teams in managing branches
Analyze and explain the main management variances
Implement and lead action plans, and propose areas for improvement in conjunction with operations.
Measure customer retention, trade balance trends and monitor sales performance indicators
Participate in sales offer reviews and pass on arbitration decisions to the Group's commitment process.
Check payroll integrity, parameter settings and indicator analysis
Ensure the integrity of financial and analytical data for account closings
Ensure that the correct management rules are followed and interface with head office to validate the suitability of processes
Ensure the accuracy of analytical data (repository) in the information system
Ensure and enforce the application of accounting and analytical procedures among branch administrative staff
Perform administrative and financial audits in branches
Manage accounting and cost accounting cut-offs
Set up and propose relevant performance indicators
Analyze the main drift factors and suggest areas for improvement
Sharing and reporting analyses to the Group Finance Department
Report to your superiors on any arbitration issues or malfunctions identified.
Participate in budget preparation
Monitor and manage customer collections

Your assets

With a BAC+5 degree, you have at least 5 years' experience in operational management control, acquired in a multi-site environment. Ideally, you have already worked in the BtoB services sector.

You are recognized for your pragmatism, adaptability and analytical skills. As a result-oriented person, you are able to demonstrate rigor and a high level of autonomy.

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of team spirit.
