Job offer: Quality Controller (M/F) Fixed-term contract Loire Atlantique (44)

Reporting to the QSE Manager, the Quality Controller checks compliance with product quality procedures, particularly for finished products, and performs visual and/or dimensional checks on parts and products, as well as hardness checks on products and supplier components received, in accordance with the customer's operating procedures and the levels of control delegation in force within our aerospace customer's organization.

👉 Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will be involved in:

- Control the conformity of incoming, in-process and finished products according to procedures and control plans

- Use of measuring equipment, scales and test methods adapted to components and products

- Visual, dimensional and documentary checks

- Checking expiration dates, document traceability and compliance with storage instructions

- Completion of control records and information in the event of non-compliance

- Collaborate with the QSE Manager by complying with operating procedures and applying customer procedures for the implementation of corrective actions.

- Compliance with QHSE rules

👉 You work in collaboration with various departments (production, counterparts, QSE)

This is a 3*8 shift position with the following hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 5 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. to 4:15 a.m.

- Friday: 5 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - 12:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Your assets

Above all, we are looking for someone who is motivated to learn and develop their skills in quality-related areas.

👉 If you have no experience, we will support you in developing your skills so that you feel comfortable in the role.

👉It's a plus if:

- You master all the tasks performed by operators

- You are familiar with applicable production management tools and IT tools for data analysis.

- You have basic knowledge of chemical hazards (putty and paint)
