Job offer Space coordinator - Butler F/H CDD Hauts-de-Seine (92)

Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will act as a true ambassador for the site's residents and visitors. More specifically, you will be in charge of our services in the Customer Area rooms.

Your role:

You will ensure the smooth running of areas dedicated to receiving visitors and organizing meetings.

Your mission? To provide impeccable service and a memorable experience for every visitor.

. Your main tasks :

- Welcome and install participants and visitors

- Prepare meeting rooms

- Coordinate daily events with stakeholders.

- Respond to administrative requests: printing, registration, copying, etc.

- Carry out regular space checks to maintain a high standard.

Your assets

With a background in catering/hospitality, you have significant experience in a similar position.
You have a good level of English.
With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are adaptable, dynamic and have a constant eye for detail with your customers.
You are also recognized for your rigor and organizational skills.
