Job offer IS finance functional coordinator F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

As part of the Accounting, Tax and Financing Department, and reporting to the Head of the IS Finance and Dematerialization Functional Support Department, your main tasks will be as follows:

Support end-users (50 companies and 1,500 employees) in using the tool.
Analyze and qualify functional evolution requirements, and contribute to testing and deployment
Write or update user manuals and procedures
Strengthen skills and best practices within the network through training, webinars and newsletters
Participate in the implementation of the Electronic Billing Reform
Train users in dematerialization tools
Administer and supervise dematerialization portals and daily workflows
Ensure regulatory compliance
Participate in finance IS transformation projects, including ERP changeover (migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Fusion)

Your assets

With a 5-year degree in accounting or IS project management, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a large-scale group.

You have a perfect command of the Pack Office, and significant experience in functional assistance on an accounting ERP. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion and initial experience of ERP migration would be appreciated.

In addition, you have already worked on dematerialization projects in collaboration with a partner platform.

Recognized for your analytical skills, your ability to synthesize and your rigor, you are at ease writing procedures and technical-functional specifications.

Your interpersonal skills, service orientation and team spirit, as well as your teaching and communication skills, enable you to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
