Offer description

Your mission

Onet Security is recruiting a Regional Payroll Coordinator F/H for its Area Management based in Maisons-Alfort (94).

Reporting to the Area Manager and working closely with HR support services at Head Office, your main tasks will be as follows:

Act as the main contact for Onet Sécurité's National Payroll Coordinator
Manage a team of 7 administrative assistants
Act as a payroll expert to respond to issues raised by assistants
Check that variable payroll items are processed and taken into account
Check severance pay and processing of advance payments
Supervise payroll

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the BtoB services sector.

You have a perfect command of payroll processes and IT tools. As an experienced manager, you know how to create momentum and unite teams.

In addition, you are recognized for your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your ability to manage priorities.

Knowledge of HR Access V9 software would be a plus.
