Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, your duties will include the following:

Coordination and verification of agency payrolls :

  • Support and advise all payroll, personnel administration and GTA contacts in their day-to-day work.
  • Monitor and supervise payroll cycles.
  • Act as level 1 EVEORH support - the entry point for agency payroll teams.
  • Act as a point of contact between head office and branch services
  • Managing complex payrolls
  • Coordinate and assist with HRIS operations related to agency creations and/or modifications.
  • Formalize parameterization requests to GARH after validation.
  • Participate in setting payroll parameters (preparation of requests, analysis and receipts).
  • Participate in HRIS projects and support the deployment of the tool, while ensuring that the information is properly taken into account.
  • Identify and analyze any anomalies and take corrective action.
     

Training and communication :

  • Training and support for new recruits.
  • Train all HR ACCESS users.
  • Raising awareness of HR ACCESS among DAs.
  • Organize reminders.
  • Participate in HRIS projects and support the deployment of the tool, while ensuring that the information is properly taken into account.
     

Management of the administrative department : 

  • Team management (6 payroll managers, including 2 alternates) 
  • Support and training for managers
     

Analysis and indicators :

  • Ensures compliance with pay rules and reports any anomalies.
  • Ensure compliance with processes established by Regional Management.
  • Design, monitor and analyze payroll indicators (overtime, CHT, bonuses, etc.).
  • In collaboration with DR departments (HR and CDG), participate in audits with a focus on payroll.

    Other tasks :
  • In conjunction with the CDG, help set up the agency's tree structure.
  • Participate in all monthly/annual closings (cost price-related subjects).
  • From time to time, provide backup and/or replacements for absent staff.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and operating methods.
  • Occasionally takes part in the organization of training courses provided by head office.
  • Participate in the recruitment of agency payroll managers.
  • Participation in setting up any site agreements.
Your assets

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

You have a higher education qualification (Bac+ 3) (Professional Payroll Licence) and 5 years' similar experience.

Very good command of Excel, payroll and legal and social knowledge.

If possible, knowledge of HRIS, HR Access.
